General and Important Shipping Information

Our average processing time for shipping your order is less than 1 business day. Orders made before 3:00 PM MST Monday through Friday will be processed that same day. Any order made after 3:00 PM MST will be processed the morning of the next business day.

All shipping options are displayed at the time of checkout.

We provide an estimated delivery date for your order during the shipping selection in the checkout process. This estimated date is an estimation and although we work to process your order quickly we can not control our carriers and therefor the estimation can not be guaranteed. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with the tracking information letting you know it’s on the way and can track it.
All of our orders are shipped from our Distribution Center

Street Addresses Only for Ground Delivery

  • You must use a street address for ground delivery, as ground cannot deliver to PO Boxes, or to military APO/FPO addresses.



Shipping Options

Shipping Options to United States and Territories

Shipping options and rates vary based on your physical address and are calculated at the time of checkout.

Options for expedited shipping will be offered at checkout. 

Ground is not available to post office boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or on certain items noted on the web site or in the catalog and excludes personalized, oversized, or altered items which may require additional handling and fees specified on the web site.

Place your order by 3:00 PM MST Monday-Friday for your shipment to go out that same day.


Shipping/Handling and Delivery for International

At the moment we do not ship international.

 

Sales Tax Information

Orca is registered to do business and required to collect and pay sales tax on merchandise, and shipping and handling in all states that currently charge a sales tax. We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped to Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon. We charge tax on merchandise only in Idaho, Massachusetts, Oklahoma, and Wyoming.

 

Gift Cards

We do not charge sales tax on gift cards. Appropriate tax is charged at the time and place of the gift card’s end use.
